
We are now well into our event planning for this year and are receiving bookings for most of the events.
Sunday May 4th, 2-4pm: First Sunday opening of the Mausoleum 2025 when our volunteers will be available to show you around our historic building and share its connections to The Dukeries and more. Free entry. Open every Sunday from this date until September 28th. Group Visits are welcome any day of the week, to be agreed beforehand. Please contact us for further details.
Saturday June 21st, 7pm: ‘SUMMER CELEBRATIONS’ CONCERT
Special Anniversary Black Tie Event at 7pm. Doors open 6.30pm.
Tickets are selling well for this special concert featuring an international artist, Oliver Harris. A winner of various other prizes in the U.K. and abroad. He can give you Elton John, Roy Orbison and so much more popular and classic material. Please join us at the Mausoleum for a welcoming glass of wine and drinks and canapes on the lawn at the interval. There is limited seating so please book as early as possible. Classic Raffle & the second draw of our 100 Lottery. Tickets £18.
Sat. & Sunday: Heritage Weekend at the Mausoleum & West Markham Church
13th & 14th September Do you know much about your local or family history? Many interesting, historical and detailed archives will be on show. Maybe, you could add more? Do you have some interesting memorabilia that you would like to share? Free entry to this event. Third draw of our 100 Lottery. Refreshments available. Come along and share your knowledge.

Sat. Dec. 6th at 3pm: Carols by Candlelight in the Mausoleum – our extremely popular start to the Christmas celebrations. The Four Players will lead our entertainment this year. There will be Mince Pies, Mulled Wine, and a seasonal Raffle with the final draw of our 100 Lottery. The list is already filling up. Come along and join in the fun. Book your place as soon as possible as there is limited seating at this event and places are being reserved now!
